Bathgate Thistle Community Football Club are pleased to announce that it has entered into a partnership agreement with Planet Soccer UK to undertake the early coaching sessions for all children born in 2011 and wishing to become part of the club.
Under this agreement Planet Soccer will give children professional, structured training in a fun environment to develop their early skills with a football and prepare them for organised football as a Bathgate Thistle Community Football Club team.
The club has taken this decision to create this affiliation in order to meet the huge interest and requests from parents at this age level. In our partnership with Planet Soccer, we expect that new parent/coaches will be identified and allow Bathgate Thistle Community Football Club to support the formation of a team.
Sessions for the 2011 group will begin on Tuesday 4 October at Xcite Bathgate between 6 and 7 pm. Anybody who wishes to register their child for these sessions should contact james@bathgatethistlecfc.com.
In addition to this, the club and Planet Soccer have also agreed the same arrangement for dedicated girls’ training sessions with a view to the formation of a Bathgate Thistle CFC girls team.
These sessions will begin on Thursday 6 October, also at Xcite between 6 and 7 pm. Please contact as above to register interest.
