Bathgate Win at Kirriemuir

Bathgate took all 3 points up at Kirriemuir Thistle to cement their place at the top of the McBookie East Premier League. Bathgate started brightly and after 24 mins Swan brought down in the box. John Stewart converted the penalty.

Swan then scored one of hos own, the 2nd goal on 35 mins, cutting inside from right and fired a low show into net from 15 yards.

Swan was agaon at the heart of things on 65 minutes, beating two men on left wing then burst into the box, cut back to John Stewart who gratefully tapped in from 6 yards to coimplete his brace.

After 75 minutes Kirriemuir no 3 was sent off for his second yellow card.

Bathgate looked for more goals and had a couple of late chances but the score remained 3-0 to Bathgate.
