Throughout the last few weeks the club has been working in partnership with the S.F.A. and the Tesco Bank football challenge to give football sessions in local primary schools throughout Bathgate. This culminated in a training session recently at Bathgate Sports Centre lead by S.F.A. coach Jim Grant. Bathgate Thistle coaches were also there to lend a hand and to give out flyers giving details of our Community Club.

As a next step the club are going to run a football taster sessions for any children who are interested in joining their local team. This will take place at the club home ground at the Creamery Park on Hardhill Road on Saturday the 15th of February from 10am to 11:30am. Coaches from the club will be on hand to take the kids through some drills and Community Club volunteers will be present to answer any questions or queries that you may have regarding joining a team. The club has teams at all age groups and have recently launched a new girl’s section.
