Iain Griffin has become Andrew Colley’s sixth signing of the Summer for Bathgate Thistle as the Jags pre-season gathers pace.

Bathgate Thistle are delighted to announce that Iain Griffin has signed on at Creamery Park for the 16/17 season.  He joins the club having helped Glenrothes Juniors gain promotion to the McBookie.com East Premier League last time out.  He is a midfield player who predominantly plays in the centre but also likes to get forward and can score goals as well.

Griffin won’t have long to wait to face his old team-mates as Glenrothes visit Creamery Park on 13th August which will be our second home match of the new campaign.

The new season is almost upon us and preparations are being made to make this season as memorable as possible.  We are developing our website and social media presence and hope to make the club as accessible to you, the fans, as we can.  We will shortly be announcing details of a brand new initiative aimed at bringing everyone closer still – watch this space!  Together we are stronger.
