Bathgate welcome Arniston Rangers to The Creamery this Wednesday evening in the McBookie.com East Premier League. The home side go into the match on the back of what is arguably their best result of the season having thrashed promotion hopefuls Jeanfield Swifts 5-1 on Saturday. A complete team performance and some great goals saw the lads cheered off the pitch at the end and manager Andrew Colley was delighted with the effort displayed by his side.

Arniston themselves enjoyed a resounding 4-1 victory over Dundee Violet at the weekend and will also be full of confidence coming into the match. This win followed another home win against Falkirk 4 days previously yet they have only one victory in their last 10 away games.

Both teams will now be hoping to use the remaining games to finish as far up the table as possible. Their victories at the weekend will hopefully put paid to any lingering fears over their league status.

The corresponding fixture earlier in the campaign ended up with a home win for Arniston. The Bathgate lads know that their fans would love nothing more than to see their side pick up a vital 3 points especially after some exuberant celebrations from the opposition management at Newbyres Park.

Bathgate travel to local rivals Armadale Thistle on Saturday but the management team and players are not looking beyond this crunch match.
