The new look Juniors took to the field for the first time this season in a friendly against Kent FC, an amateur team from Liverpool. The game was played at Bathgate Sports Centre. A big thank you to the boys from Kent FC who enjoyed their long day out and hopefully will return next year.

The game was split into 3 x 30 minute segments to give Barrie, Andy, David and Ian a look at all the players.

in an entertaining game Bathgate began to gel as time went on and they eventually ran out 6-2 winners. Goals came from Martin Jack (3), David Murphy, Liam Healy and Barry Wales. A good run out and the first step to what will hopefully be an exciting season.

Next game is Bathgate Thistle v Waterside Amateurs on Saturday 26th July, Armadale Academy 3G, ko 2.00pm.
